Thank you for shopping at AuraOrix! We are dedicated to providing you with a premium shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to its delivery at your doorstep.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because we focus on sustainable and high-quality clothing, all our products are custom print-on-demand items. This means your items are specially printed and crafted just for you after your order is placed.
• Processing & Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our fulfillment team to create, quality-check, and pack your order before it ships.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship globally to ensure our street-wear reaches you wherever you are, with a primary focus on the United States, Europe, and international markets. Once your order has been fully processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
• United States: 3 – 8 business days
• Europe (Germany, Switzerland, etc.): 4 – 10 business days
• Rest of the World: 5 – 15 business days
Please note that these shipping times are estimates and do not include our 2-5 day production time. Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders shipping outside our primary fulfillment zones, packages may occasionally be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or local clearance fees set by your country's government.
• Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their shipment. AuraOrix is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.
5. Address Corrections & Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and 100% accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@auraorix.com. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer.
