### AuraOrix Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AuraOrix. Please read this policy carefully, as it governs all purchases made on our store.
1. Print-on-Demand Nature (Final Sales)
At AuraOrix, we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Every single item is custom-made, printed, and tailored specifically for you upon order. Because of this personalized manufacturing process, **all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections.** We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. It is the customer's responsibility to review these measurements carefully before placing an order.
2. Damages and Manufacturing Defects
We want you to receive a perfect product! We will gladly issue a **free replacement** if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must meet the following criteria:
* **Timeframe:** The issue must be reported to us within **30 days** after the product has been delivered.
* **Proof Required:** You must email us at **support@auraorix.com** with your order number and clear, high-resolution photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect print.
Once our quality control team verifies the manufacturing defect with our fulfillment partner, a brand new replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
*Please note: Do not mail any packages back to our fulfillment center or address without prior written authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.*
3. Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than **30 days** after the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
* **Incorrect Address:** If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
* **Unclaimed Shipments:** Shipments that go unclaimed at your local post office or customs office and are returned to our facility will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
5. European Union Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) **does not apply** to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Since every product at AuraOrix is printed-to-order specifically for the individual consumer, **EU customers acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made on this store.** All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective, as outlined in Section 2.
6. Approved Refunds
In rare instances where a replacement cannot be fulfilled for a validated defective item, an approved refund will be processed. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within **10 business days**. Please note that banking institutions and credit card companies may take additional business days to post the transaction to your account.
